Our Class Schedule 
The mission of Firefighter Fitness is to build a community atmosphere through our group fitness sessions. We want to accommodate everyone we can, so if please notify us if there is a time not listed below that would be more convenient for you and your schedule. The more requests we receive, the more classes we will add!

*Our 10AM time slot on Saturdays is an "open gym" style workout. The session will last approximately 30 minutes and will feature a "Firefighter Obstacle Course Challenge!" This session is free for anyone visiting for the first time, so feel free to bring your family and friends and challenge them to FEEL THE BURN with you!
